We take pride in providing exceptional support. If you’re having issues with your robot, we suggest:

  1. First post your question to the User Forum

  2. If necessary, we’ll then move to private correspondence via email (support@hello-robot.com)

  3. If necessary, we’ll arrange a video call with our support team

  4. If necessary, we’ll ship you replacement parts (or a whole robot!)

User Forum

We love it when users post questions to the User Forum. It allows the Stretch community to share their knowledge and also benefit from your learnings.

Warranty Support

Stretch hardware comes with a limited one year warranty. After one year, we provide ongoing support via the forum and email, and offer refurbishment and a la carte services. More information can be found at the Stretch Repair Shop.
