However, we understand that accidents happen and deadlines matter. At Hello Robot we take pride in going above-and-beyond to help you get back up and running as soon as possible.

The following support options are available for your Stretch:

Lifetime Online Support

Price: Included with purchase

We provide our standard high-level of online support for the lifetime of your robot. This includes

Standard 1 Year Warranty

Price: Included with purchase

All robots and accessories come with a limited 1 year warranty. Please see our Terms of Sale for the detailed warranty policy.

In addition to the Lifetime Online Support, this warranty includes at no cost:

  • Rapid response video calls with our technical team

  • All shipping to/from the Hello Robot repair facility

  • Replacement of parts and even the entire robot as needed

Note: The Standard 1 Year Warranty does not include replacement of the robot shipping box and materials.

Full Robot Refurb

Stretch 3 or Stretch 2

Price: $2000 + shipping

If your Stretch 3 or Stretch 2 robot is out of warranty, we can still go through your robot top-to-bottom and make it like new. Simply ship the robot back to us and we’ll fix it up and return it. The Robot Refurb includes:

  • New batteries

  • Upgrade to latest software and firmware

  • Replacement of damaged components

  • Rebuild of primary degrees-of-freedom as needed

  • Recalibration of URDF

  • Cosmetic detailing

For peace of mind you can always purchase one or more Robot Refurbs in advance.

If you’ve lost your original shipping materials we can provide these at an additional charge.

À La Carte Repair

Stretch 3, Stretch 2, or Stretch RE1

If your robot is out-of-warranty, you can always purchase À La Carte Repair services. Just request a quote from our service team and we’ll fix your issue.

Quoted prices include all replacement parts, labor, and shipping. Repair services include:

  • Replacement batteries

  • Replacement NUC computer

  • Replacement electronics

  • Replacement actuators
